Plentyoffish is a big fish but I did not like the look and feel of - I would say it just plain vanilla plus images look so grossly compressed but it's free too.
Make sure that sites do not have too many Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian, African (Nigeria,Ghana) and Pilipino girls - if you see a lot of those it's usually a good indication of site being crawled with scammers.
