Ok I run a free dating site myself and I can say for sure unless you have 50 grand for your marketing you might as well leave it and just work on SEO for now.





Is the domain new? if so create a few links to it so google can find it and then forget about it for 6 months. Google has something among webmasters called the "google sandbox" In basic, google will ignore your domain and you will get no listing on keywords for ages. If you can try and try again for a yahoo directory listing, this will help!





You might as well leave the domain and let it age a while. If you do have 50 grand to spend, get working on adwords advertising or yahoo search engine marketing and spend about $100 a day on keywords at no higher bid price than 20cents a click through. If your conversion to sign-ups is costing you more than $1 then you are paying too much.
